Our care home in Falmouth
Trevern has a loving, energetic, family feel to it. It’s split into three sections, with the main one being an old manor house.
We have 40 bedrooms – 26 with en-suite toilets and sinks. Some of our rooms offer views of the nearby Fox Rosehill Garden – a lovely subtropical garden that’s popular for a peaceful stroll.
The bedrooms vary in style, from elegant and traditional to stylish and modern. However, we want our residents to truly feel at home in their space. That’s why we encourage them to decorate rooms with keepsakes and reminders.
Within the old manor house, we have our dining room / lounge. It’s here where much of the home’s activities take place. We gather to enjoy nutritious home-cooked meals, enjoy a good natter, and get involved in loads of activities.
Our on-site hair salon means residents can ensure they always look and feel their best – with a hairdresser visiting once a week. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home too.
We love to make the most of Falmouth’s warm summer breeze. We regularly hear the delightful sounds of the gulls and laughing children from the nearby beaches out in Trevern’s gardens. With raised flower beds, potting areas, and accessible paving, it’s a favourite space of our residents.
Enriching lives with person-centric care
Our Falmouth care home offers support for people living with different forms of dementia and conditions requiring more intensive levels of nursing care. We can help residents with day-to-day personal care too. Here, at Sanctuary, we take a person-centric approach to care.
When residents join us at Treven, the first thing we do is develop a comprehensive individual care plan. In this, we set out the support we aim to provide and how we’ll deliver it.
We know care needs can change, which is why we continually assess and adapt these plans to best meet the specific needs of our residents. Our professional carers are always on hand to provide compassionate support.
Are you a carer looking to take a break from your duties? We can provide temporary support through our respite care service. Available on a short or long-term basis, it ensures
