Life at our Redditch care home
Life at our Redditch care home
We run our own history, knitting and book clubs. And our residents enjoy regular trips to local garden centres like Webbs of Wychbold, country parks in Worcestershire and for pub lunches. We love our visits from local school children, who join us for intergenerational activities and music. There is so much going on at Brambles Care Home!
From flower arranging and baking to crafts and gentle exercise, there is so much to do. And many of our residents also love more personalised, one-to-one activities with the team.
We have a hairdressing salon, where our residents enjoy appointments with our local mobile hairdresser, who makes weekly visits to our care home in Headless Cross.
For those who enjoy getting outside, our large, beautiful gardens include a summer house, an allotment and raised wooden planters.
We also have a Magic Table, an interactive software designed for people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. It projects interactive light games onto surfaces, encouraging gentle movement and social interaction.
Our local community connections
Our local community connections
We are dedicated to keeping our residents connected to the community outside our Redditch care home. Visitors include members of our local church and Redditch Lions, schools and nurseries and of course, well-behaved animals.
We also have Rose’s Café, created in loving memory of one of our extraordinary members of staff, who enriched the lives of our residents for five years. And there’s our heated garden pod, which is a lovely place to relax in privacy with family and friends.

Pricing information
Pricing information
It is usual for residents in care homes to contribute to the cost of their own care. Some people have the resources to pay for this in full, whilst others make means-tested contributions.
Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2024 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1,213 but may be in the region of 30% more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.
