Life at our Malvern care home
Life at our Malvern Care Home
We are passionate about supporting our residents to do the things they enjoy. Like resident ambassador Edith, who runs her own knitting sessions (more below). In her role Edith also loves welcoming new residents and providing feedback on everything from the menu to activities.
We have beautiful woodland gardens with wheelchair-friendly pathways. And the stunning new orangery is a wonderful place for residents to enjoy activities and live music.
Residents enjoy everything from Tai chi sessions and reminiscence activities to arts and crafts. We regularly discuss current affairs in our ‘news chat’ sessions. And children from local schools love to visit our residents at Hastings Care Home, Malvern.

Pricing information
Pricing information
It is usual for residents in care homes to contribute to the cost of their own care. Some people have the resources to pay for their care in full, whilst others make means-tested contributions. Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to utterly understand the level of care and support needed.
Our 2024 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1284, but maybe in the region of 20% more*, depending on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.
Visit our Paying for Care page for information on how to pay for care at Hastings Residential Care Home.
