Sanctuary director appointed to National Care Forum board
We’re pleased to announce that Sarah Clarke-Kuehn, our Group Director – Care, has been appointed to the Board of Trustees of the National Care Forum (NCF).
The NCF is the membership organisation for not-for-profit organisations in the sector, and members collectively deliver social care support to over 170,000 people in 9,200 care and support settings.
As an NCF board member, Sarah will play a direct role in promoting quality care and ensuring the voices of Sanctuary colleagues and all care workers across the country are represented and heard by decision makers.
Sarah said: “I’m delighted to be appointed and am looking forward to working with fellow board members and contributing to the NCF’s valuable work.
“The last 18 months have been enormously challenging for the sector and it’s an honour to be able to represent the fantastic and dedicated care workers both within Sanctuary and at our fellow care providers nationwide.”
Vic Rayner OBE, the NCF’s Chief Executive Officer, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Sarah to the NCF Board. Her experience in her role as Group Director of Care at Sanctuary will strengthen the already high calibre current board.”
