Brambles Care Home in Redditch

The team are passionate about supporting our residents to get out and about in the local community, including regular trips to garden centres, like Webbs of Wychbold, or country parks across Worcestershire, churches, shopping and pub lunches. Our residents and their families loved having our own float at this summer’s Redditch Carnival!  

And people from the local community are welcomed into our care home in Redditch, Worcestershire. We regularly have children from local nurseries, schools and Scouts groups joining us. We also support work experience students and trainee paramedics. And we have lots of community volunteers who enjoy spending time with our residents at Brambles.

Brambles has some wonderful spaces for our residents and their loved ones to enjoy, including:  

• Our newly created garden room, a tranquil lounge to relax.
• Warm and cosy lounges.  
• Dining areas, where residents can enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals prepared by our chef, from roast dinners with all the trimmings to Fish and Chip Fridays, and home-baking for Afternoon Tea.
• A hairdressing salon, for regular appointments with our mobile hairdresser.
• Large, landscaped gardens, with a miniature allotment and raised wooden planters for those who enjoy gardening.  
• Rose’s Café, created in loving memory of one of our extraordinary members of staff.   

It is usual for residents in care homes to contribute to the cost of their own care. Some people have the resources to pay for this in full, whilst others make means-tested contributions.

Our weekly care fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed.
