Our team at Don Thomson House is dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents. We’re closely knit with several long-serving staff members.

Colette, our care home manager, has been with the home for more than 15 years. And by her side, we have our deputy manager, Sherry, who has been with us for more than 25 years.

As a not-for-profit care provider, we reinvest our surplus income into ensuring our staff have the skills they need to provide the highest quality care and enjoy long, successful careers.

We also reinvest this surplus into making our home the best it can be to allow our residents to thrive in later life.
