A word from Michelle, manager at Camilla House Care Home
Michelle, who has been home manager since 2018, says: “It’s so important in my role to encourage our residents and their family members to feel included and valued in the day-to-day running of our care home.
“This means we can have meaningful connections with each other and our community around us, which contributes to the high standard of care we provide.”
